Even though California is already home to the nation’s highest gas prices, Christy failed to support an effort to stop a gas tax increase and supported a plan that could increase CA’s gas prices by as much as 73 cents per gallon.
The highest inflation and gas prices in modern American history aren’t enough for Christy “High Taxes” Smith. If elected to Congress, she’ll approve more of the same legislation she passed while in Sacramento, which severely burdened the middle class with tax hikes of about $1 trillion. She said that she would not support raising taxes, but then voted for more than $3 billion on new taxes and fees. Don’t’ let her do it again.
Christy has defiled the honor and dignity of our military and has indicated support for defunding the police. Christy has openly mocked military service, and hired a campaign staffer who supported abolishing the military and claimed “there is no such thing as a good cop.” In our local area, property crimes -including burglaries- rose 700%, so just imagine how bad it could get if Christy Smith gets elected and continues her attacks on law and order.
If Christy Smith is elected, she’ll continue to support failed policies that have hurt our economy. She’s already supported giving $1 billion dollars in stimulus checks to prisoners, including terrorists like the Boston Marathon bomber. She enabled her liberal friends to waste trillions of taxpayer dollars on projects like golf courses, ski slopes and a luxury hotel. Wasteful spending like this has resulted in the highest inflation in 40 years, but when asked about her priorities if elected to Congress Christy Smith didn’t mention lowering inflation or gas prices.
